Following completion of Phase III Turkey Creek Walled Channel, the project was contracted with Phillips Hardy, Inc. of Columbia, Missouri. The drilled shaft diverson wall consisted of 10 – 60″ diameter tangent shafts and 10 – 72″ diameter shafts of which were seven tangent shafts and 3 secant.
